Single Will 

A Single Will is for individuals who want to record their wishes but don't want a Trust Will​. 

If you haven't already decided what or who you are putting in your Will this can be discussed during your appointment and advice given.

Once the initial meeting to take instructions has taken place a draft Will will be produced for you to check, once everything agreed the original will be produced and signing will take place. You then have the option to take up storage or if not required keep the Will safe and you can be happy your estate will be distributed to your wishes

Mirror Will

Mirror Wills are beneficial for couples who have similar intentions. For example, if you die, and you wish to leave everything to your spouse and visa versa you need a Mirror Will - if you both pass together who do you wish to be beneficiaries? A Mirror Will sorts all these issues.

A Mirror Will may be produces where there are slight differences. You may have different funeral wishes to your partner or have certain gifts you want to pass to particular members of your family - not a problem a Mirror Will is still for you!

Trust Wills

Trust Wills are best for individuals that want to place all or some of their into a Trust. A Trust Will works by holding certain assets for names beneficiaries who will acquire these assets at a defined time, Until then the assets are managed by Trustees

Trust Wills can be used for many reasons such as beneficiaries who are unable to manage their affairs - perhaps because they are disabled or too young or suffer from an addiction. 

Will Trusts can also be used to protect properties from care home fees.

Storage

Once your Will has been produced it is important to make sure the relevant parties know you have one and know how to retrieve it on your death.
